- If you or your partner have sexual relations while without using a contraceptive technique; if you have failed to take three contraceptive pills in a row;
- If your partner’s condom has cracked, slipped, or been removed incorrectly, or if he has neglected to use it;
- if you are concerned that your intrauterine device has been ejected; if your vaginal diaphragm or contraceptive cap has migrated or has been removed prematurely;
